As is customary, we usually kick things off with a lot of end of the year school celebrations. In addition we really are looking forward to the Hibbing on Howard event put on by Hibbing Parks and Recreation every Monday evening, so look for us downtown Hibbing every Monday during the summer.
Now, most importantly, “Whats new this year?”. We are looking at having some cool new flavors at the truck throughout the season but some don’t come out until June and July (Stargazer, Deep Space, Apple Cider Doughnuts to name a few)! In addition we are adding MyMochi to our novelty lineup. MyMochi’s are a bite size international ice cream treat of Japanese origin and they have a rice dough outer shell, and ice cream in the middle. They are a craze sweeping the nation! Take a look at the MyMochi and our couple new ice cream flavors and we look forward to seeing you this summer.
